ORCA Board

ORCA is governed on a day-to-day basis by a Board of Directors elected by the members, and officers elected by that Board. The Board meets four times a year for regular business and also briefly after the membership's Annual Meeting.

As of June, 2024, the IRS has granted ORCA Federal 501(c)(3) status.

 

The 2025 Board regular meeting schedule is:

   January 4

   April 5

   June 7

   September 6

   October 4 (Annual Meeting)

regularly scheduled monthly meeting

Regular Board Meetings take place immediately following that month's scheduled monthly membership meeting. All members are welcome to attend, and board meeting minutes are available on request to the Secretary.
